CRP Managed Infrastructure

Managed Branches

Rentals and Manpower are the highest expense heads in Retail Financial Services industry. The last downturn since the lockdown have escalated the cost pressures and there is a lot of pressure to increase the revenues while having very high controls on the fixed cost

At the same time, market penetration is key to achieving scale in distribution. Branch expansion involves high monthly expenses in terms of maintenance, housekeeping, rentals, etc. In addition to this, a large number of branches also entail substantial capex in the form of furniture / fixtures, deposits against rent, etc.

CRP Managed Branches is proving to be a demonstrated model that balances geographical penetration, costs and returns for a string of our corporate clients.

Our managed branches services uses a phase-wise approach to branch setup which is based on profitability, and customer base generated. Thus, it leads to our customers being able to gradually scale up the business model in each location using the variants that we offer to them which include:

  • Mini-units
  • Managed branches

A lot of our clients have also derived value from this scale-up approach by integrating their existing locations to our managed branch grid to improve profitability
