Job Description
- Drive team to close cases within TAT as per SLA
- Track information source from right company/department
- Daily update of Quality & closures to management team
- Track and prioritize closure as per FIFO
- Check and monitor quality of reports and email confirmations
- Internal co-ordination between Client Service & Employment Team to drive new clients
- Help in recruitment process & training of new team members
