• The candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma holder with maximum two-year's experience in the insurance domain. Candidates with fluency in local languages in addition to Hindi and English will be preferred. Freshers having the right attitude and willing to make a career in the training domain are welcome.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office

• Implementing new initiatives to improve training standards
• Providing Pre process training
• Preparing PPT & Modules on Soft Skills, Banking & Insurance
• Providing Training on IIFB & IRDA
• Co-ordination with Clients & Manager
