The leadership team at CRP consists of leading professionals with deep experience across sectors and industries. The young team consisting of professionals across domains having worked in leading Indian and MNC corporations with exposure to international best practices. The team is currently focused on its vision of creating an organization which is one of the best in risk mitigation and solutions services. Attributes like a consulting mindset, best practices, best intellectual talent for its various verticals are helping the company to the next level of growth. CRP aims to be the knowledge leader in risk mitigation and solutions services for its customers which in turn will drive profitability and growth.

Rahul Belwalkar

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Rahul Belwalkar is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CRP, a leading risk mitigation and solutions provider. As the CEO, Rahul provides strategic leadership and direction to the Company and is responsible and oversees the entire business operations of the company. He drives the company’s overall strategic initiatives, annual goals and profitability and is responsible for current business performance, new opportunities and talent management.

Rahul brings across a rich and varied work experience of over 11 years in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. He has held senior positions in the Indian insurance industry. He started his career with management consultancy firm Anderson Consulting (currently Accenture) and then spent considerable time as a banker with ABN Amro Bank (currently Royal Bank of Scotland). Two of his significant and senior assignments were as Vice-President & Head (Customer Service & Operations) at ICICI Prudential and Head – Business Processes, Reliance Life Insurance, which was prior to his current responsibility.

Rahul studied management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Lucknow and is a trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He currently lives in Mumbai with his family and is an avid sportsperson; when not at work, he spends time catching up on his reading, playing squash and swimming. A firm believer in people and delegation, Rahul is leading the team at CRP with a hands on approach in becoming one of the leading risk mitigation and solutions provider for Indian and global corporations.

Nipa Modi

Chief Executive Officer, CRP HR Services & Chief Marketing Officer, CRP Group

Nipa Modi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CRP HR Services, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the entire CRP group. In her role as CEO of HR Services, she builds our portfolio of HR Services, including our background check business. As the CMO, she is responsible for managing the revenue stream of the business, and leads all sales efforts across our business lines. She is driving the marketing and branding strategy to make CRP one of the most admired risk mitigation service brands in the region.

Previously, Nipa was a Director at Integra Screen Consulting where she was instrumental in developing Asia’s first centralized employment repository. Nipa’s experience in Risk Management and Compliance commenced with her position at Hill & Associates, a Hong Kong based Risk Management Company where she was responsible for Sales & Business Development across the Indian region. She was a founding member at Quest Research, Asia’s leading background screening company. Nipa was also the Senior Vice President – Sales & Business Development at First Advantage for the Asia Pacific region.

Richard deSouza

Head Operations

Richard deSouza is Head of Operations at CRP, overseeing the end to end operations of all our business verticals. In this role, his key responsibility is to set up a more robust and smoother delivery process, which will be instrumental in our aspirations to deliver consistent, high quality service to all our clients.

Richard has joined us this year, and brings with him a wealth of operational and risk management expertise, spanning over 15 years. He started his career with Bank of America, post which he was with ANZ Grindlays Bank / Standard Chartered Bank for close to five years. He subsequently moved to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he set up and ran the Company’s Risk Control Unit in Western & Southern region. His last assignment was with Reliance Life Insurance, where he was AVP Risk Management and Compliance, and was instrumental in developing consistent / cost effective practices in Risk management across the organization.

Richard holds a Masters Degree in Management from Symbiosis and is a   Postgraduate in commerce from Mumbai University.

Kshitish Jayakar

Head, Process & Quality

Kshitish Jayakar is the Head – Process & Quality across the CRP group. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the organization follows standardized processes across all product lines, to ensure more consistent delivery to our clients. In this role, he leads our ISO initiative, including our drive to become an ISO 27001 certified organization. He also heads our team of Business Analysts, which are continusously working on exploring ways to use technology intelligently, to make our processes more effective in client-centric delivery.

Kshitish brings over more than 14 years of rich experiences handling large-scale operations across various Multinational banks and Insurance companies. His last tenor was with HDFC Standard Life and he has previously worked with ICICI Prudential Life. In his previous assignments he has done various stints with ABN Amro (currently Royal Bank of Scotland), Bank of America and Thomas Cook. He has experience in setting up of operations for large scale financial services needs and is an expert in quality and business process understanding.

Rajeev Varma

Head, IT

Rajeev heads CRP’s IT & Systems Solutions function. He ensures that all our current systems are robust and scalable, and also continuously works with the delivery functions to identify newer areas for automation.

Rajeev brings over more than 20 years of rich experience in IT across various companies. His last assignment was with Patni Computers. His expertise include planning, executing and spearheading projects ensuring on timely deliverables He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science.

Mayur Pradeep Pitale

Associate Vice President, Sales - BFSI

Mayur Pradeep Pitale is Associate Vice President, Sales – BFSI. He is responsible for sales and new business development in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical which is a key strength area for the company.

Mayur has over 6 years of work experience in client servicing, sales and business development. He has done various stints in leading financial institutions like ICICI Bank and American Express, his last responsibility. He started his career with the leading airliner Jet Airways where he was part of the relationship team. Mayur specializes in developing tailor made customer solutions and has considerable experience in customer acquisition strategies and sales management.

V.G.Ravindran

Head – Audit

V G Ravindran is Head – Audit at CRP. Ravindran is responsible for growing the vertical both in terms of current revenues and new business. A senior professional and deep industry experience, he brings solid consulting and advisory capabilities for clients.

Ravindran has over 20 years of rich experience in the commercial section of various businesses like IT, services sector and manufacturing. He started his career in accounts with I.G.E. (India) and since worked in leading companies like HCL , Herdillia Unimers and BPL Mobile. His areas of specialization include advisory and audit. His areas of specialization are banking & finance, cash management, manufacturing industry, insurance and other branch level statutory compliances.
